- Beer warmer than usual

Is gas system connected to container and switched on? (Yes / No) - Is dispense system thoroughly cleaned? (Yes / No)
- Are all visible washers undamaged? (No)
Is beer pipe kinked? (No) - Do staff understand use of tap, especially how the restrictor works? (No)

- Are all connections tight, especially blanket pressure? (Yes / No)
